Psychodrama and jeff

“Psychodrama can be defined… as the science which explores the ‘truth’ by dramatic methods.  It deals with inter-personal relations and private worlds”.   – J.L. Moreno  Founder of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama  (1889-1974)

Psychodrama is a blend of therapy and theatre using guided action to explore and address relevant past, present, and future issues.

the soul in action

Psychodrama has been practiced for over 80 years and involves guide dramatic action; going beyond “talk therapy”.  Great respect is given for each group members’ individual pace and wisdom regrading what issues are important on their unique path of healing toward wholeness.  Psychodrama is offered once group safety has been established.  Clients are invited to actively explore and address important past, present, and future issues.  Group members increase their spontaneity, confidence, and creativity, while experiencing new ways of being with self and others.
